IT´S BETTER THE NEXT DAY!

Oven Method

  • Preheat your oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place your enameled paella pan or an aluminum tray into the oven.
  • Heat for 10-15 minutes.
  • If the paella seems dry, evenly sprinkle it with hot broth or white wine before or after heating.

Stovetop Method

  • Set your stovetop to medium-high heat.
  • Place the enameled paella pan directly on the heated surface.
  • If needed, sprinkle the paella with broth to add moisture.
  • Heat for 3-5 minutes, or until the paella starts to sizzle, then remove from the heat.

Microwave Method

Important: Do not use enameled pans or aluminum trays in the microwave.

  • Transfer the paella to a microwave-safe plate, either plastic or ceramic.
  • Microwave for 1-2 minutes.
  • If dry, sprinkle hot broth over the paella after microwaving to add moisture.

Storage Tips:

• Allow paella to cool down completely before refrigerating.
• Paella can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
• For freezing, place paella in individual ziplock bags.
• Thaw frozen paella before reheating, preferably in the microwave.
